Mental Health Advocate- I discuss the real nitty gritty of my struggle with mental health and share ways that can help others function better as well as understand the human mind better. I believe the more we talk about it, the easier it will be to begin to heal and for others to understand.

Farmer/Gardener- Food Justice Advocate. Who is growing your food? What can we do as a community in order to ensure we are able to provide nutritious whole foods to our families? Is growing food therapeutic?

Change Maker- A person who chooses to foster change for themselves, in the world and their communities.

Organizer- Group facilitator. I collaborate with organizers and organizations to help build a sense of community and mind set shifting! Together we heal and learn.
